The price of this puppy is $****. A deposit of $100 is due to be put on our waiting list.

FoxRun will appear as the kennel name on the registration. If this name does not appear on the registration, all guarantees are null and void.

The theme for this litter is TBA which means that the pups registered name must contain this word. If you need help selecting a registered name for your puppy, I will assist in this. Your puppy’s “call name” does not have to be the same as its registered name.

1. INITIAL GUARANTEE:

The Breeder Guarantees:

A. That this puppy is in healthy condition at the time of the sale. Breeder will provide purchaser with complete vaccination/worming schedule of this puppy.

B. That the purchaser has the right to return the puppy, for a full refund within two weeks of the sale as long as a licensed veterinarian determines this puppy to be ill from any condition deemed present prior to the removal from the breeder's premises.

C. This puppy has been sold as a pet on a limited (non-breedable)

registration. Spaying or neutering of this puppy is required.

D. Although every precaution has been taken to ensure that this puppy is free of hereditary disease, because of the unpredictability of genetics, no guarantee against them can be made.

E. That this puppy has been socialized with people of all ages as well as other dogs. It will now be up to the purchaser to continue with this dogs training to ensure that this golden retriever becomes a welcome member of their new family and of their community.

2. THE PURCHASER AGREES THAT:

A. This puppy will be taken to a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of purchase.

B. To keep the breeder informed of any changes in address, and to provide a photograph of the dog within one or two months of their first birthday.

C. This puppy will NEVER BE CHAINED or left attached to a wire "trolley run". The purchaser acknowledges that the breeder has the right to reclaim possession of this dog should this provision be violated. Golden retrievers are family oriented dogs and with this agreement, the purchaser agrees that this dog will live in the house as part of the purchaser’s family.

D. This golden retriever will never be placed, sold, or given away to a third party without prior notification and written approval of the breeder. In other words, breeder has first right of refusal of this dog.

E. Should they ever find themselves in a situation where they can no longer keep or care for this dog, they will return it to the breeder, who will at that time evaluate the dog and decide the best course of action in regard to said dog. No refund of purchase price will be given unless this situation should occur before the dog is six months of age in which case a fee of $200 will be returned. If the dog is older than six months, no refund will be given.

The purchaser further understands and agrees that the welfare of this golden retriever is of primary importance to the breeder, and that if the provisions as stated above are not complied with, a breach of contract has occurred. Should such a breach of contract occur, the purchaser understands that it will cause great distress and irreparable damage to the reputation of the breeder. Therefore, the parties agree that in such an event, the purchaser shall pay the amount of $1,500.00 (made payable to Golden Retriever Rescue) as liquidated damages and not as a penalty.
